Radius and angle dresser is a precision grinding wheel dressing instrument that dresses two angles tangent to the radius in one continuous motion. It can be used on any type of surface grinder and tool and cutter grinder. This device reduces set up and dressing to bare minimum due to its design. Its body, hubs and dressing arm are made out of high quality seasoned casting.

Feature of the radius and angle dresser and sine dresser:

No height gauge or set-up aids are required. Simple, fast and accurate setting for radius is done by measuring over the twin pins with micrometer or by inserting gauge blocks between the pins.
One pull type Knob for angle dressing makes faster and safer dressing.
Large linear travel of hub (36mm) enables it to dress the side face of wheel with angle as low as 1 for providing drafts.
Chiesel Diamond can be aligned without efforts due to special machine provision in diamond holder.
Diamond with different shank diameters can be hold.
Inspection certificate is furnished.
